It is encoded with your very own celestrial imprint, uncovering your unique potential. It is a portal to connection between you, Nature and the Cosmos – a harmonious link.

What jewelry is marketed and sold on the Cosmos Circle Website?

We offer 3 collections of jewelry : from entirely customised to unique pieces (necklaces, bracelets):

  • “GLYPH” collections:

“I am infinite” necklace: You answer our online quiz, we create your glyph and jewelry, entirely customised.

“Inner Light” bracelet: You answer our online quiz, we create your glyph and jewelry, entirely customised.

“Incarnation” bracelet: You answer our online quiz, we create your glyph and jewelry, entirely customised.

“Pure love” birth jewelry: You make an appointment with us, using our appointment feature on our Website, in order to create the birth jewelry you desire (such as a medallion or charm bracelet), entirely custom-made.

  • “ELEMENTAL” collection:

“Cosmic Connection” bracelet: Choose your glyph (with or without help from our online quiz), out of the 5 “elements”: Water, Earth, Fire, Air, and the 5th element.

  • “ANTIK GA” Collection:

“Antik Ga” Bracelet: Choose your bracelet from a range of 8 “sacred keys”, which are each associated with an anormental stone and a light code, as well as the choice of silver metal, vermeil. There is also the possibility to choose 18k fairmined gold, your stone and a personalised light code with certain purchases.

Is all of Cosmos Circle’s jewelry customiseable?

Yes.
The jewels from the GLYPH collection are unique and completely tailor-made: the design of the Gylph is unique and encoded just for you.
The jewels from the ELEMENTAL collection are personalised from a choice of 5 Glyph designs, with 15 shades of strings and 2 types of clasps.
The jewels from the ANTIK GA collection are customised from a choice of 8 sacred keys, each associated with an ornamental stone and the type of metal you would like to wear. There is also the possibility to choose 18k fairmined Gold, a stone and a personalised light code with certain purchases.

Given the artisanal fabrication of this jewelry, slight differences can occur between what is indicated on the Website and the product you receive.

I would like to purchase a ring. Do you sell rings?

For now, we only sell necklaces and bracelets. The Cosmos Circle ring collection will come to life in 2023. We’ll tell you more about this in a few months time – stay in touch!

How can I customise my GYLPH collection jewelry?

Firstly, you will be invited to answer our online quiz via the website cosmoscircle.fr, which will determine the specific features of the jewel you would like to order. You can then add your jewel to your basket.

Before definitively confirming your purchase, You will be invited to verify a summary of your order, including the relevant elements provided (notably, the chosen stone, AURA and the Galaxy, in red, white or black gold). You will be able to return to previous pages in order to change or correct anything in your basket, before confirming your order.

A maximum of six (6) days after the confirmation of your order, we will present you with the design of your unique Glyph during a fifteen (15) minute appointment with Sophie, the founder of Cosmos Circle. Sophie will confirm with you via email that your jewelry has entered production with our French artisan jeweler, along with a summary of the purchase.

How does jewelry customisation happen when it is a present for someone else?

Go to the ‘Gift Card‘ page on the Website, there you can choose whichever product you wish to offer as a gift. After paying, you will receive the gift card via email, specifying arrangements and conditions for the jewelry to be gifted.

It’s a present. Can I add a personalised message for the person who will receive the gift?

Absolutetly! You can easily add a personalised message addressed to the recipient of the Cosmos Circle jewelry.

Where is the Cosmos Circle jewelry made?

All of our jewelry is imagined, designed and light-encoded by Sophie between Paris and Cape Town. Our Glyph collection jewels are entirely created, crimped and shaped in France, in a manner respectful of unique and irreplaceable know-how and expertise. Our team is composed of passionate experts who are well-known in the realm of luxury jewels, they gaurantee the fabrication of exceptional products. They combine ancestral knowledge, the art of goldsmithery and the mastery of additive manufacturing – which has revolutionised the world of luxury jewelry. It is thanks to our partnerships with these men and women, using innovation and technology, which allows us to create our brand’s signature product: the Glyph. Our jewelry from the Elemental Collection is created and assembled entirely in France, respecting unique and irreplaceable know-how and expertise. Our string connections are made of 70% reycled rPET and are produced in France by a century-old French textile company. Using the mastery of additive maufacturing, which has revolutionised the world of luxury jewelry, our partnership with men and women driven by innovation and anchored in technology of the future has allowe us to co-create our brand’s signature product: the Glyph. The clasps are also manufactured in France. Our jewelry from the Antik Ga collection is created and produced entirely in Cape Town, South Africa under the care and expertise of our French artisan jeweler. The rest of our team is composed of South African artisans whose work is reflective of the expertise needed to create such exceptional products. Every jewel is completely produced, crimped and shaped by hand using fairmined materials. We are proud of this local partnership in our host country, and our Antik Ga bracelets contribute to highlighting and spreading the South African arts and carftsmanship knowledge.

Where are the stones sourced?

Not only do we offer precious stones that we would wear ourselves, but we also take special care about where we source them from. Beyond simply ensuring the quality of materials, we pay extra attention to the suppliers with whom we work. All of our precious stones are entirely traceable, in terms of their origins and sources, and the conditions in which they are procured. Our diamonds are lab-grown-diamonds (certified F/G-VS1).

What is a GLYPH?

The light Glyph is an innovative plate made of organically-sourced resin, engraved with a symbol in 18k fine, recycled gold, which is placed at the heart of the Galaxy, carrying your unique vibration.

It is unique as it has been entirely tailor-made, with precision, to reveal your unique celestial imprint.
The unique vibration of the Glyph depends on the intention you give to it, to uncover all of its benefits.

What is a GALAXY?

The Cosmos Circle Galaxy jewel is a genuine key to consciousness, made of Fairmined Gold.

It is embodied by a gold ring of divine proportions, based on the Golden ratio φ (dimensions: 1.6mm), and supported by a magnificant chain made of 18k recycled Gold.

It is a true portal for connnection between you, Nature and the Cosmos – it is a uniquely harmonious link.
The Galaxy rests naturally against your heart’s chakra (just above the solar plexus), or on your wrist, where your heartbeart resonates.

What is an AURA?

Along with your Galaxy and the Glyph, the Aura (gemstone) illuminates a halo of benefits.

The aurora borealis colours are the source of inspiration for the Cosmos Circle Auras. Each Aura has its own energetic density and its own unique vibration.

What is the Aurora Borealis (otherwise known as ‘Northern Lights’).
When charged particles – ejected by the sun and transported by solar winds – get caught in the Earth’s magnetic fields and collide with upper-atmospheric atoms, the energy emitted is visible to humans on Earth in the form of magical streams of light, this phenomenon is what we call the Aurora Borealis.

The Auroroa Borealis is an entirely natural phenomenon. Its existence and power is dependent on the intensitity of solar activity, and its positioning depends on the Earth’s magnetic fields.

Do I have to create a customer account to make an order and purchase?

The creation of a customer space on the Cosmos Circle website is obligated in order to buy jewelry from the Glyph Collection, and optional when buying jewelry from the Elemental or Antik Ga collections.

We nevertheless recommend you create an account to:

  • Benefit from exclusive services reserved for our customer base.
  • Verify your order and purchase history and to check on the status of your current orders.

How to create a customer account?

You can create a customer account by filling in the fields under the ‘create your account’ tab. Once it has been created, in order to access it you must identify yourself using your email address and confidential password.

After the creation of your personal customer space, you will receive confirmation via email.

I cannot connect to my customer space, what can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot your password?” on the connection page, and follow the procedure to change your password.

How to make an order on the cosmoscircle website?

When buying jewelry from the Gylph collection, fill in the Glyph quiz and allow yourself to be guided.
When buying jewelry from the Elemental collection, fill in the Elemental quiz online, and allow yourself to be guided or choose the Elemental product you would like directly from the Elemental Collection product brochures.
When buying jewelry from the Antik Ga collection, choose directly from a choice of 8 different products from the Antik Ga collection.

Are payments on the cosmoscircle website securised?

Payments on the cosmoscircle internet website are securised.

We respect your privacy and we process your personal information in conformity with the ‘Privacy Policy‘ and in accordance with the relevant legal regulations in effect.

What forms of payment are accepted?

The payment of the jewelry is made in euros (€), uniquely by bank card, with local currency conversion.
The following bank cards are accepted: Debit Card, Master Card, American Express.

Do you accept payment in several instalments?

You have the possibility to use the ALMA package, which allows for payments in several instalments.

When will I be debited for my order?

Your bank card will be debited by the corresponding amount once the card information has been verified and the debit accepted by the bank of issue of the bank card.

In the case of impossibility of deducting the owed amount, the order will be canceled.

How to generate an invoice after making a purchase?

How long will it take to receive my order?

In accordance with the final date of delivery indicated on our Website, we are committed to delivering your customised jewelry in a maximum delay of thirty-two (32) working days after the payment of your order for the GLPYH collection jewelry, and fifteen (15) working days for jewelry from the ELEMENTAL and ANTIK GA collections.

The delivery time periods are indicated in working days on the Website at the time of your order. These time periods include the creation of your jewelry, the preparation, the shipping and delivery of the order.

The jewelry is shipped in accordance with the time period indicated in the basket at checkout, on condition that the payment of the order is validated.

If, in the unfortunate event that one or more of the jewels could not be delivered in the time period initially specified, we will let you know via email indicating a new delivery date.

How can I track my order?

You can check on the status of your order in the rubric “My orders” in your personal customer space.

If you do not have a customer space, you can use the order number you received by email to find out the status of your order. You do not have an account yet? Sign up now to benefit from exclusive services.

Can my order be delivered to a third-person or to my workplace?

Yes, your order can be delivered to an address different than your billing information address.

Can I cancel my order?

It is reminded that since these are custom-made goods, when purchasing jewelry from the Glyph collection, or customised/tailor-made jewelry from the Antik GA collection from the CosmosCircle website, you do not benefit from the right of cancellation for remote sales as provided for by the Consumer Code, article L.221-28 3. You have the possibility of returning your Elemental or Galactik GA jewelry (not including special orders) within 15 days of reception, and/or reimbursement according to the conditions specified in our General Terms and Conditions of Sales (GTC).

Thus, jewelry orders via the Website from the Glyph collection and special custom-made orders from the Antik GA collection are, in principle, fixed and definitive.

Why was my order canceled?

We reserve the right to cancel or not to validate your order for any legitimate reasons, in particular due to:

  • Non-respect of the GTC in effect at the time of the order.
  • Pending or current litigation concerning you.
  • Absence a response from you within fifteen (15) days after a confirmation request sent to you from MADAME W concerning your order.
  • The quantities ordered exceed ordinary customer needs.

Delivery

Can my delivery address differ from my billing address?

Yes, the delivery address can differ from the billing address. All you need to do is to indicate the address when you place your order.

Can I modify my delivery address after my order has been confirmed?

The jewelry will be delivered to the postal address that you indicated at the time of your order. It is thus necessary to check, before confirming your order, that your address does not contain any errors.

What are the delivery modalities?

All our orders are delivered by courier and require signature upon delivery.

Is express shipping and delivery possible?

Unfortunately, express shipping/delivery is not possible.
In order to ensure optimal quality, we respect the necessary time required for a production process which guarantees reliable and committed creation and preparation of your order.

Do you ship internationally? Are there delivery restrictions?

We ship orders outside of France.

How much does delivery cost within the European Union?

In the European Union, delivery is free.

How much is delivery outside of France?

If you live in the European Union, delivery is free.
If you live outside of the EU, we will send you your jewelry with a light delivery fee, for the courier. The price of your purchase is calculated excluding tax, making you the importer of the good to the destination country you have chosen. To put it simply (and not in the words of customs officials!), you will need to take on the responsibility of the taxes and legal obligations of the country to which the delivery is going.

Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to inform you of the specific customs fees and taxes associated with each order, as they vary according to the different products and countries. However, to help you with this task and to facilitate the delivery of jewelry to your desired destination, our team is happy to answer any questions you have, regarding prices and procedures to follow for international shipping and delivery, via our email welcome@cosmoscircleparis.com, or WhatsApp on: +33 06 51 03 72 54. Can I choose a date and time for the delivery?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a date or precise time for delivery. However, you will be kept informed when your delivery is on its way to you.

Is a signature required to receive the order?

Yes, when receiving the products delivered by the courier, you will have to sign the delivery slip and provide a piece of identification (ID card, passport, drivers licence, etc.)

What happens if I am not present to receive my order?

A new delivery time will be convened with the courier.

My order has apparently been delivered, but I did not receive anything.

In the event that a courier has indicated that the jewelry you ordered has been successfully delivered, but you deny that the delivery took place, please send us the following signed documents to the address below:

In the event that you have refused an order which arrived damaged or spoiled by the courier, please send us the following documents signed, to the address below:

Returns

Is my jewelry under warranty?

All the jewelry sold on the cosmoscircle internet website benefits from legal warranty in accordance with articles L.217-4 and onwards, of the Consumer Code, as well as the warranty against hidden defects, provided for in articles 1641 and 1649 of the Civil Code.

It is reminded that in cases where (i) the degradation, deformation or destruction of the jewelry as well as (ii) the breaking or loss of stones, gems and/or pearls, due to external forces, shocks or incorrect handling or manipulation are not covered by this warranty.

What are the return policies and conditions for the Glyph or Antik GA custom-made orders?

We’re sorry to hear that you wish to return your jewelry.

Given that our Cosmos Circle jewelries are artisanal and custom-made creations, only the following jewelries can be returned:

  • Jewelry with a manufacturing defect.
  • Jewelry damaged or spoiled by the courier (and refused at reception).

These products must be returned intact, in their original condition and packaging, without having being used nor damaged.

What are the return policies and conditions for the Elementals or Antik GA collection? (excluding custom-made special orders)

We’re sorry to hear that you wish to return your jewelry.

Given that our Cosmos Circle jewelries are artisanal and custom-made creations, only the following jewelries can be returned:

  • Jewelry with a manufacturing defect
  • Jewelry damaged or spoiled by the courier (and refused at reception)
  • Jewelry involving an order error (such as the wrong colour of string, the incorrect clasp or if the product does not correspond to your order for the Elemental collection, or if the incorrect adornment stone or sacred key do not correspond to your order receipt for the Antik GA collection).

These products must be returned intact, in their original condition and packaging, without having being used or damaged. Where applicable, they can be replaced by the original product ordered or chosen.
We draw your attention to the fact that no returns are permitted related to incorrect sizing or string colour made at the time of the order, which is why we invite you to re-read your order details thoroughly before confirming.

How to give back jewelry that is ‘eligible’ for return?

If you decide to return your order, follow these instructions in order to conduct a return free-of-charge, and benefit from a full reimbursement.

  • Fill out the return form that you can find in your order package, select the products concerned, their quantity and the reason for returning these articles.
  • Place the return form with the products to be returned in the original package, or in a box with similar dimensions. Attach the prepaid return label to the box and prepare the package for posting. Ensure that the label is placed in full, unobsctructed view on the package, so that the return address and the barcode are perfectly-visible.
  • Drop the package at the nearest affiliated parcel collection and delivery point, communicated to you via email.

Thus, every Cosmos Circle customer knows that the jewelry they are buying is fixed at the “right” price, and that they will not be dissapointed to discover the very same product sold at a discount a few weeks later.
